Please contact us when you are running late. we will try our best to accommodate but wont be able to guarantee a full service. late arrivals within the 15minute grace period will end at the regularly scheduled time. after 30minutes, it will be considered as a no-show and will be charged as a late cancellation.

Please reschedule or cancel 24 hours in advance. if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $50 late cancellation/rescheduling fee.
